Few minute walk to shops and restaurants. Minutes to the Ohlone path that takes you into Albany and Berkeley. Walking distance to Solano Ave with shops. Free parking on the street. Safe, beautiful neighborhood bordering Albany CA. Lovely cozy in law unit on the bottom floor of our house. Private entrance. Full kitchen and bathroom with shower (no tub). Comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Parking is free on the west side of the street (not the side our house is on). There is usually plenty of parking. We are one block from El Cerrito Plaza Bart station. The in law is inside our house on the bottom floor. We have kids so you will be able to hear us, but kids are gone during the day at school and we are all winding down by 9:30 (weekdays). Weekends we could be around all day or gone all day but we will be respectful of our noise level (or to the maximum extent practicable, we have kids!). If you are looking to party and stay up late and hang out, this house is not the best fit. We may allow pets, but this will be decided on a case by case basis, so please discuss with us if you have pets. No laundry in unit, but five min walk to laundromat at El Cerrito Plaza. Small patio with table and chairs for your use outside the unit. All utilities included in rent.
