What we are looking for: - Student or full time working person. - Friendly, fun, clean, respectful and responsible tenant - No smoking cigarettes in the house, NO HEAVY DRINKING PLEASE, No pets as I have enough pets already (sorry). - Month to month. - No overnight guests without advance notice. - Small parties/get togethers with at least 1 month notice, as long as it is not crazy loud and ends at a decent hour. - MUST BE PET FRIENDLY!!
