The space is stylish, chic, and cozy. The studio boasts of new stainless steel appliances, spacious bathroom and standing shower, large projector screen, canned lights. There is one driveway parking spot. Furnishings include: Queen bed, nightstand, two oversized wardrobes with plenty of clothes storage, desk, love seat, pop-up coffee table that is also the dining table, and HD projector with a 90-inch screen. I am looking for someone responsible and trustworthy to live here. The main home operates as an Airbnb and I am looking for someone who can occasionally help with small tasks to ensure the Airbnb runs smoothly. Example tasks include testing/adjusting hot tub chemicals, changing batteries of digital locks, leaving supplies at doorstep, taking trash cans to curb. (There would be no house maintenance or cleaning required.) To compensate for the occasional completion of tasks, I will take off $200 from the rent to bring the cost down to $900/month. Washer and dryer are on site but would only be available certain days/times. Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet) are a flat rate of $125/month.
