Great brick home on 1.08 acres within walking distance of Lenox Village, stores, and restaurants. With all the growth around here a lot can be done with an acre, wink wink. Don’t need or want to move, neighbors are awesome, we’re all going to dinner together tonight actually, hence the reason we’d need a little extra “motivation” if you know what I mean cause this neighborhood is awesome. ;-)
