A butler pantry is off the large living room with a gas fireplace. The living room has a brand new full size 65 inch smart TV. There is a deck with a gas grill overlooking the marsh with a lot of open space to have outdoor games. Half bath is located on the first floor. Second floor has two bedrooms each with its own full bathroom, Master bedroom has a brand new king bed and and beautiful bathroom. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed with its own bathroom. Laundry room is on the second floor. This townhouse has a bonus third floor where there is a set of bunk beds, great room for the kids. Location is within walking distance to the Westbrook town beach. It also has a pass to use the neighboring marina facilities which include 2 large pools, club house, tennis court, and a plays cape. The marina also has a large fire pit and a restaurant right on the property. Come and relax, enjoy and play where everyone wants to be for the summer. A minimum one month lease is required with a $3,000 Security Deposit. Tenant pays for monthly electric and a $200 final cleaning fee. All other utilities are paid by landlord including gas, water and cable internet. An application fee of $50 per adult occupant is required along with excellent credit and references.
