In 2008 the city of Cornelius updated Davis street, so I was rewarded with a new fence on that street and a brand new garage, which I had placed on 14th street instead of Davis, which placed the garage next to the house. In 2011 I had all of the carpets replaced, had hardwood/laminate put through out the kitchen and dinning area, & replaced the old linoleum in the bathroom replaced with new linoleum. Before, the kitchen didn't have a dishwasher, so I've had a new one put in. The whole house has been painted inside and out. Neighborhood Description Quiet and friendly.
