This apartment is twice the size of most 1 bedrooms in the city and this apartment has heat and hot water included. This apartment has been completely updated, new and done with care and class. Zillow only mentions it is comparable with an apartment half it's size and no mention of heat and hot water costs being covered. Nor does Zillow mention that most of the housing in the city built in the 20s 30,or 40's has no insulation at all, which the tenant learns only starting with November's heating season. No surprises with this apartment, energy efficient, heat & hot water included, beautifully renovated , clean and all at a fair rental price no mater what Zillow algo's write! .
