And, beautiful downtown Naples with its renowned shopping and dining is just 30 minutes away! If time allows and you want to explore more of southern Florida, the Everglades and Keys are within reach! Marco Island is wonderfully convenient for walking, driving and cycling. Everything you need is at most a short drive away! Plenty of services are available (Uber, Lyft, taxis and rental car agencies) for your convenience. The Condominium Association requires a $50 registration fee. This fee is the tenant's responsibility and must be paid as soon as possible after arrival during office hours. With your paid registration, you will receive a length-of-stay parking pass providing you with a covered space for one vehicle. No pets are allowed anywhere on the property. No smoking is allowed in the condo. No smoking is allowed in common areas unless marked otherwise. No grills, BBQs or other such items are allowed in the condo, on the balcony or on the property. (There is a common grilling area with grills.) This rental is subject to a 5% Collier County tax which will be charged to the tenant. A $250 administrative/cleaning fee is required in advance.
