The lakeside deck has a gas fire pit and breathtaking views of the sunrise and moon rise that reflect in the lake. The kitchen deck offers a BBQ and seating area with lake views. Skis and boots can be stored in the generous coat closet at the entry. This is a 4 month ski lease or 12 month lease. First and last months rent plus deposit are due upon signing the lease. Smoking is not allowed on the property. There is snow removal service for the driveway and the stairs and deck to the front door will be shoveled when there is more than 6" of snow. There is parking space for 2 cars on weekdays and 4 cars on weekends. Skis and boots can be placed in the large entry closet.
