The apartment is above ours; we are the owners, Jack & Kristy. We've lived in Hudson since 2021, and have enjoyed renting it to long-term tenants during that time. We both work from home and are always trying to improve the place. The apartment includes a parking spot and a private entrance that passes through the back garden. There is excellent light (17 windows), its own balcony, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning throughout. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large living room, and two additional rooms of a good size that could be an extra bedroom, office, or home gym. There is also plenty of closets and storage spaces We are currently renovating, so the balcony, kitchen, and main bathroom will be getting an upgrade prior to your move-in. We are also very cat-friendly. We have three cats of our own, and you will often see them lounging in the garden. -- For this reason, we don't allow dogs, but a tenant who loves cats, who we could pay occasionally to check in on us if we're away, would be a great plus. You are welcome to share the use of the garden on occasions if you would like to host. Heat and Electric & Gas are not included.
