Thank you for your interest in our apartments. If you would like to view any of our apartments, please stop by our office at 5825 Gravois Ave. M-F between the hours of 9-4 or Sat. 10-11 am. Key deposit of $40 cash is required and is refundable once you return the keys. We'll also need to make a copy of your picture ID. If you would like to apply, there is a $40 application fee per adult. We require security deposit at time of application, if you are declined for any reason it will be refunded back to you. We do a credit check, a criminal records check, verify rental and employment history. We look for your income to be about three times the rental amount, your credit history to be fair, and a one year work/rental history. First time renters usually are required to pay a double deposit.
