Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The washer and dryer hookups are located in the covered patio area off of the dining room area. There is a refrigerator in the unit and you are welcomed to use it until it goes out but at that time you will need to supply your own. If you already have a refrigerator, we will move the one there off the premises. Our fourplex is family friendly and we allow a small pet with a $300 pet deposit. There is off street, covered parking. This is a year lease. Owner pays water, trash and gardener.
