3BR/2BA open floor plan with fireplace, wood laminate flooring in LR/DR and in one of the spare BR so far, breakfast nook at kitchen; built in hutch in Diningroom. Also left 10 foot buffer of trees and shrubs between our lots and lots behind us and west of us! Home is on corner 2 and 1/2 acres lot with a drive thru driveway!
