The second bedroom has been converted into a yoga/meditation/crafting room which has an indoor infrared sauna available for use during your stay. During winter months of November-December we will have wood stocked for your use for the wood burning stove. This is a very quiet property which is conveniently located one minute from echo lake and 8 mile trails and only 5 minutes from downtown Pagosa springs. Wifi/trash/water is included. Renter pays half of electric bill. We also have a seperate short term rental on the property with couples that come and go. Our guests are very quiet, keep to themselves and are not allowed to have pets or parties on the property. No cats allowed, well behaved dog considered, no smoking inside Available June through December 1 or 2 people considered
