If you vacate before the lease ends, you will be held responsible to pay rent until it is occupied. MOVE IN COSTS: Once at least 25% of the deposit is paid, we will take the property off the market. (ONLY If applicant is approved and property has been seen.) First month's rent and the remaining 75% of deposit is required at date of move in. Applications are valid for 6 months and based off of income, are applicable to any of our properties. This means, if you fill one out, we can switch it if needed.
