No smokers inside or outside the home, including vape and marijuana, due to lingering odors on self and clothing. 7. Pets allowed on a case-by-case bases. Deposit is $800 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets and no more than 30 lbs each, full grown. All pet / ESA / Service animal screening to be completed by a professional pet screening company. Cost of pet screening will be waived for approved ESA/service animals. 8. No reusable tenant screening reports.
