We are an all age park. We have the following amenities: two pools, one heated and one cool, heated Jacuzzi, laundromat, exercise room, billiard room, dining room, kitchen, and ceramics room. No utilities are included in the rental price listed above. All pets are to be small pets, no large dogs allowed. $200.00 pet deposit, $10.00 per month per pet. Two pets only allowed.
