I am currently seeking long term clean responsible adult professional as a tenant for a basement apartment located at 44013 Ferncliff Terrace in Ashburn, Virginia. The basement rental space and common areas are on a month to month term contractual bases, however, I am seeking a long term tenant. The monthly rent is due on whatever date agreed upon by myself and the tenant. If the rent is paid after the due date, everyday pass the agreed rental payment date is $50 per day. The rent for basement apartment is $1,100 monthly and the security deposit is $500. All utilities are included into the rental agreement. The rental space is 680sq ft. unfinished with newly renovated full bathroom, walkout basement, and washer and dryer room in the space. **note: background/criminal and credit check will be verified. Shared first floor kitchen space. Access to Ashburn Pavilion Fitness Center included into the retail Agreement. - Assigned Personal apartment parking space for tenant. -The rental property is .25 miles from Ashbrook Market Place in Ashburn, VA - The rental property is .24 miles from Belmont Chase Shopping Complex; Whole Foods Market, Cooper Hawk Winery, Chipotle, etc. - The rental property is .32 miles from Ashburn Community Shopping Center. - The rental space is also .5 miles from One Loudoun Shopping expo. - The rental property is .30 miles from the Ashburn Pavilion Fitness Center. - Shuttle stop to Loudoun Transit 100 FT. from property.
