This is the newer, upscale portion of the Forest Ridge area. It's very nice and quiet, full of families, many base employees. Technically in Dayton (great for city employees, several families in the area are local police and fire), right on the edge of Huber Heights. This is the most affordable house in the entire neighborhood - a great way to get into a great neighborhood cheaply!
