One of the bedrooms is smaller; it can be used as a bedroom or studio. The other two bedrooms are pretty spacious. We use one to sleep and the other as a space for our kids to play. The house is ideal for a family with kids or for two/three students wanting to share. It is located in front of the supermarket,10 minutes walk to Penn, 5 minutes walk to PIC and Penn Alexander, and in the Penn Alexander catchment. Huge windows in the living room and the kitchen make the house a very luminous space. Since the bedrooms are in the back in the house, traffic is not heard there. 1450$ per month, all included except electricity and wifi.
