The shared spaces are furnished, and the third room is currently set up as an office/craft/reading room, but I'd be happy to collaborate on reworking it into something we both like. I could accept a cat, provided they are both dog-savvy and will not be aggressive towards my senior cat. No additional dogs permitted, as it is against the HOA policy. The living room includes a stunning marble dining room table ready for entertaining, farmhouse-chic furniture throughout, a 4k TV with surround sound system, and sliding glass door to the furnished patio. I'm a big ol' nerd and keep the property upgraded and running smoothly with Hue lights and a smart thermostat. The available room is unfurnished, and the move-in date is May 1,, pending approval by myself, the landlord, and the dog. Background check is required.
