Central heat and air conditioning. Second floor is not handicap accessible (19 stairs). Stage/platform with professional draw-able curtain, dining room and kitchen, bathroom and lockable storage room for times not in use. $600 a month plus 20% utilities for up to two services a week - more $ if needed more often. Available after 3PM on Sundays (another group used the room at noon) and during the week. At start of rental period first and last months rent is required, along with the security deposit ($600).
