No street parking available. The house is at the top of a hill at the end of a narrow street. Very peaceful! This is a small quiet neighborhood so looking for tenants that will take good care of the house and property and be respectful to our neighbors and neighborhood. Do not bother tenants. First tours will be Sunday Sept 13th. Month to month lease No smoking inside the house. Will consider small quiet pets. Security Deposit of $3200 is required. 1.
