(This is where the available room is located) Middle floor is a common area level with kitchen, living room and dining room. Basement is where my room/bathroom is along with the laundry room which everyone has access to along with the back yard. About me: 44 year old professional who works for Arlington County as an appraiser. I'm over the bar scene and enjoy DIY projects, the outdoors and live music. What I am looking for: Someone (male or female) clean, respectful and professional who pays on time like clockwork. FYI A small dog that weighs about 35 pounds does live in the house already.
