There is easy access to downtown DC or Tysons/Dulles. The townhouse is at the corner of N. 11th Street and N. Utah Street--1 block off Fairfax Dr. at 4409 N. 11th Street. Rent is $2,500 per month with a 1-year minimum lease. Utilities ((a) electric and (b) Arlington water/sewer/trash) are not included in the rent and are the responsibility of tenant. One month's rent for security deposit will be required. The ideal tenants will be non-smokers without pets, but tenants with one pet can inquire.
