Feel at home in this perfectly nice little apartment on a beautiful street, located up one flight of stairs. The apartment may present a challenge to anyone with limited mobility. This apartment includes high thread count cotton sheets, comfortable feather pillows, great mattresses, and thick towels. Bath products are from Public Goods. The kitchen is quite large and the sleeping area includes a desk. During your stay, you receive a free membership to The Metropolitan, a members-only club and co-working space located on the 66th and 67th floors of the Willis Tower (for reservations less than 14 days only). This includes an upscale co-working space, dining, bars, and stunning views of Chicago and Lake Michigan. A parking spot isn't included. There's free street parking on the block and most residential blocks nearby except between 5-10pm on Cubs game nights and when there are special events at Wrigley Field. It is recommended to use a service called SpotHero to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive. Although shops and restaurants are nearby, the area feels peaceful and secluded. The brown line train is about a 10-minute walk down Montrose Avenue, with trains running into the heart of the city and easy transfers to the subway service. The Clark Street bus, which goes down into the Wrigleyville area, is immediately beside the apartment. Within a three-minute walk are some great takeaway food spots and a 7-Eleven. The area centered around the Montrose CTA stop has three or four lovely spots to eat and a couple of great bars. Wrigley Field is about a 20-minute walk down Clark Street. The boiler that provides heat and hot water for the whole building is located one floor below the apartment, and some vibrations can carry into the unit at times as it works away. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and there will be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. There is a $45 fee if you lock yourself out or lose your key.
