    What's special

444 Central Park West located between 104th and 104th street on CPW was built in 1930. It is one of the most desirous buildings on the upper west side. The B and C trains stop at 103rd and CPW. It is located directly across from a Central Park Pond and park walking trails. Heaven for your dog if you have one. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. Management is superb. The doormen and maintenance staff are extremely helpful. There is 24-hour 7 day a week doorman service. The building is heated with steam. There are laundry facilities, bike, and extra storage spaces in the basement. The building is close to finishing a roof top terrace. The lobby is spacious and restored to its original condition. The two elevators up to 18D are new and fast. Apartment 18D is one of the best apartments in the building. It is located on the south side and enjoys direct sunlight in the winter and indirect in the summer. There are two terraces overlooking all of Central Park and Manhattan with a breathtaking unobstructed view of the park and the city. You also have north views in the kitchen. The master bedroom includes one of the terraces with room to seat 4. It has an adjoining full bath. It has three closets. Another bedroom also has a full bath. The showers have strong water pressure. The third bedroom has an adjoining half bath. This room has facilities to install a washer in dryer should you choose. There is another half bath in the hallway from the living room to master bedroom. There is a large living room that can hold up to 20 guests’ parties. It has the second terrace. The Kitchen has a subzero and gas stove and ample counter space and storage. There are two entrances to the apartment. We use the second entrance for bike and supply storage. It could be used for a private entrance to the third bedroom. The views from the living room and both the master bedroom terraces of Central Park and Manhattan are spectacular. From the 18th floor of the tallest building in the area one has unimpeded view of the midtown skyline and over the park. One of the key features of the place is its light flooded rooms with high ceilings and windows. It has an open kitchen dining room area. Every bedroom comes with its own bathroom plus an additional bathroom for guests off of the hallway.
