this 2 bedroom house was just sold a few months ago. We have a pest inspection from 2/12 and a home inspection report. Some repairs have been made but not the pest inspection work. seller is accepting job in New York. There is NO source of heat !! With a bit of work this house could be a cute home! Seller is now staying in home . call first before you go!!!!
