Walkability: Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk's local restaurants and shops. Modern Comfort: Featuring brand-new appliances and stylish, cozy furnishings. What's Included We aim to make your transition as seamless as possible. This is a turnkey rental, meaning you only need to bring your suitcase. Fully Furnished: Includes all linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and board games. All-Inclusive Utilities: We handle the gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, and high-speed internet. Maintenance: Professional weekly hot tub maintenance is included at no extra cost. Pet Policy & Property Rules We know that pets are family, and we are happy to welcome up to two pets with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Note on Fencing: While the yard is fenced, please be aware that the gate/driveway area is not fully enclosed. Maximum Pets: 2 Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Owner pays; water, sewer, garbage, electrical, gas, internet and weekly hot tub maintenance. This home is stocked for short term renting in mind.
