Furnished private bedroom and private bathroom in house in quiet neighborhood. Utilities included: Light cooking, Laundry in garage, WiFi, A/C, parking in driveway. Decently sized living room and dining room/kitchen which have been newly renovated. Spacious backyard. 15-30 minutes drive to Irvine, Disneyland, multiple beaches, and more. Minimum 1 month stay. I prefer to do month-to-month initially and then talk about longer-term leases down the road, but I'm open to discussing other ways.
