We rented this 2 bedroom 2 bath 2nd floor apartment to provide housing for our mother's full time elder care giver so she could live nearby. Our beloved mother passed away and we no longer need the space. Since rents have gone up since we leased it, we thought we would offer it to someone looking to rent in Boulder and hopefully create a win-win (you get lower cost apartment and we don't have to break our lease). We have discussed the situation with the building management and they are agreeable to the lease being transferred to a new primary tenant - not a sublet or roommate - so long as the new tenant meets income, credit and other qualifications. Building management will facilitate the transition and handle the application and paperwork. Pets can be approved by the building (we didn't have one but they allow them). The apartment is lovely and in great shape in North Boulder, near hiking, Lucky's, restaurants, etc. NOTE: the pictures of it are of an apt on their site that is like this one - not pics of the exact apartment. Rent $ 2,020 / Month + Gas, Water & Sewer (back-billed by management), Electric and Cable/phone/internet by tenant, renters insurance required. Security Deposit $450 Available immediately. They Zillow system only gave us an option to choose a 6mo or 1yr lease - ours is neither although we chose 1 year: We are looking for someone to take over our existing lease which ends 04/06/2023 (roughly 9.5 months from now) - it DOES has an option to renew. Rent is now below current market. The landlords here have been awesome to deal with.
