The price includes utilities (water, gas, and electricity) with internet and directv in the living room. Each room is big with small fridge included, bed provided if wanted, street parking only, huge living space and kitchen that are great for entertaining, baking, and cooking. The room is private, with a shared nice bathroom. The room is strictly for 1 person ONLY. The neighborhood is quiet (culdesac) and location is next to AV College, close to Walmart, 99 cents, Vallarta etc. Safe environment A bit about us... We are a professional married couple and we share the upper story with my dad. I'm a civil engineer and my husband works from home as a care manager. We also speak Spanish and Tagalog as our second language. Ideal candidate would be someone who is clean and respectful and has a stable job or a student. No pets, LGBT friendly. No smoking or drugs.
