The Room is fully furnished and would be great for a student or a traveling nurse. Gym and Pool with a trail for walking/jogging around the pond. TV from OTA is quite good and with 600Mbs router haven't found that I miss anything from cable. It's a very quite community and they have a noise curfew after 10PM so it's not good for loud get togethers. I do consulting and I will be there 60-80% of the time. We have other properties in Wilmington that have tenants I tend to when I'm down here. We have a home in Raleigh with dogs so it varies how often I'm in Wilmington. The place is fully furnished, there is a massage chair you can see in one photo. Big screen TV in Living room or small TV in bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is an Air fryer, an Indoor Grill, Cast Iron Skillet, toaster, waffle maker. Large dining table with 6 chairs. The pool is seasonal but the gym (though limited) is open all year in the clubhouse. The antenna gets most regular channels. We are 5 star on AirBnB for our beach rental. I am clean but not a neat freak. I'm pretty laid back, Pittsburgh sports fan. I like to cook more than exercise. I have to have a 6 month lease per the HOA but can make the last month flexible for a student to the end of the semester. The HOA requires 6 months so it will be written that way with an option for early exit so no worries. Electric will be shared for full months (does not include partial months, first/last months). Pillows and towels can be provided but sheets and covers are responsibility of tenant (Queen-sized bed).
