Master Suite with King size bed and private master bathroom with large walk in closet Bedroom 2 with a queen bed Bedroom 3 with two twins Den with extra sleeping accomodations We are close to the beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Naples. The area is near outlet mall shopping, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Please feel free to email me with any additional questions. Rental amount reflects maximum of 7 people. Each additional person will be charged $15.00 per person per day and is responsible for their own sleeping accommodations after 7 people. Fee will be paid to property manager / check in associate. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Please see rental agreement for long term rentals and utility fees. Additional costs: The costs of electricity amounted at 0.14 cents/kwh. The electricity meter is to be read by the property manager on arrival and departure. Charge will be subtracted from security deposit. Renter is given a daily allowance for utilities of $5 a day or $35 a week. Anything over the daily allowance will be taken from the security deposit after check out, if amount exceeds the security deposit, renter will be responsible for balance due. No pets please.
