The rest of the apartment we share equally. Good (700) credit score and stable income history and an income of $1440/month required. No smoker allowed, not even if you do it away from the apartment. Must have an affinity with cats. Looking for someone quiet. Must not use the apartment as business office. Must not use phone while I'm sleeping, which is between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. Must not watch TV or listen to music except with headphones. Must be tidy. Above all, must be a nice person and not have a crazy Mr. Hyde side. I don't require one year, but I request it (assuming things work out) because the landlord won't let me change roommates more than once a year.
