It is a 1222sf, one-level condo with two bedrooms, two full baths, large walk-in pantry/storage inside, separate storage room in garage and underground parking with elevator access. The laundry room is centrally located within the unit and has a new washer and dryer. The floor plan is quite open and feels a little like a Spanish villa. It has a keyed lobby entrance which opens to a courtyard (with nice gardens) so solicitors and unexpected visitors are not an issue. The master bedroom has a good size attached master bath, walk-in closet and walk-out covered patio. Additional amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, weight/exercise room, sauna, pool table/game room. All of these are open year round. It's a very nice place. We lived there with our two daughters and always felt very safe. There are 20 units in the complex, most of which are elderly or retired so any loud partying or other annoyances will NOT BE TOLERATED. It's a nice peaceful place to live. Rent is $1960 per month with a one month refundable deposit. Indoor cats are allowed for an additional non-refundable deposit, however no dogs are allowed per HOA rules. It is located at 4415 Laguna Pl. which is one block West of Foothills and South of Baseline. Our unit is on the opposite side of the complex from Baseline, so traffic is not noticeable.
