I require references from past landlords, at least 3; proof of stable income for at least two years; and names of others who will also be in the home. Also, all home and property maintenance, repairs, and improvements is your responsibility. I dont have much extra time to handle maintenance and repairs issues. Other then that I am fairly easy about your wishes and what you want to do with the place.
