This house is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood in the Mandarin area. The house has a great floor plan with high vaulted ceilings. The house is a little dated, and could use some cosmetic updates like fresh paint and things of that nature. The house has a large front and side yards as well as access to the pond. I am currently putting on a new roof and that will also increase the value of the home. If you are looking for a nice home, in a great area with good schools and easy access to shopping and the large military base this is perfect home.
