The beach is just a 10-minute drive away, along with the historic Gaslamp District, Little Italy, the International Airport, and numerous parks and hiking trails making it easy to explore and enjoy your stay. The unit itself is new construction, all furniture and appliances are also new. Approved applicant will be the first ever long term occupant SDGE, water and trash service included. WIFI is available. We would like a long term commitment at some point but currently we would like to start on a month to month basis. Deposit due along with first month's rent. Credit check and background check required. No smoking on the property please. We have two adorable small dogs who are part of the family and love hanging out in the house and backyard. They're constantly popping in and out for playtime! They're super friendly, affectionate, and always excited to say hello. If you're a fellow dog lover, you'll probably enjoy their sweet company and wagging tails. But if you're not big on animals (or have allergies), this might not be the coziest fit for you,we totally get it and want you to have the best stay possible!
