This is a mother in law suite that's recently renovated located in the backyard of the premise. No assigned parking, you can park anywhere. Please DO NOT message for a tour via Zillow. Please text or call the number listed for viewings. No smoking allowed, ANYWHERE on the premise. No parties are permitted. Cats may be permitted but require an additional fee of $50/month. You are responsible for your guests. You must sign a minimum of SIX months. You can do month to month at an additional $100 a month. A 30-day notice to vacate must be made in writing. Rent includes utilities, wifi (not the strongest WiFi), and water (all-inclusive). Deposits are fully refundable unless damages are assessed and a significant amount of cleaning has to be done. Upon move in, first month's rent and deposit are due. Rent is prorated based on 30 days in a month. Rent is due on the FIRST of every month.
