Traffic can get fast at certain times of day, especially with teenage drivers in the neighborhood, but usually it's very traffic quiet. Neighbors are friendly but busy, so not inclined to bother you. Lot's of dogs but all are friendly--as they frequently get out you run into them a lot. Many people have farm animals and livestock but you wouldn't know it from the privacy of the backyards. Tons of rare and unique wild animals; otters, bobcats, and tons of birds! Last year had a nest of green herons that flew around the neighborhood.
