We love this place! The only reason we're leaving is due to a job transfer to the Midwest. Move in date is April 1st (flexible) and lease ends on June 8 2014, with option to extend if you choose to (you will!). A great way to check out the area if new to the OC or want to try out the Enclave without a 12-month lease. This is an incredible 3rd floor, 2-bedroom/2-full bathroom, corner apartment with tons of natural light all day long. Our building is 200ft from the nearest pool and Jacuzzi. Four BBQ pits within 400 feet of the apartment. Your lease gives you access to the free fitness classes, 24/7 gym, community events, weekly food trucks and movies in the complex theater (see pictures). You have a private garage with extra storage and ample open parking for a second car. Walking distance to Starbucks, a sports bar, and multiple restaurants.
