House located in SW Palm Bay in a nice neighborhood. Close to Bayside Lakes Only 1 person allowed per room. $250 security deposit $800 a month all utilities included (wifi, power, water garbage) No smoking or drugs allowed. Be respectful and clean up after yourself. 1 to 6 month lease agreements optional.
