You would be the first to live here! This house is at the back of the lot, so it feels more secluded. The vaulted ceilings and open concept floor plan make it feel spacious and the house has its own private entrance and patio. Peter built this house from scratch, so a lot of love and care went into its construction. - Built to California and San Leandro building codes, permitted, and insured - Features include: laundry and dryer, solar panels (reduces your electrical bill), mini split AC and heating units in every room, induction stove, quartz countertops, solid-surface shower/tub enclosure for easy cleaning, heat pump water heater for efficient hot water, refrigerator, dishwasher, maple cabinets, ring doorbell, and outdoor patio for your enjoyment!
