I'm currently living in a 3 bedroom apartment at the North Campus Crossing complex with one other roommate and am in need of someone to takeover the rest of my lease. I've already signed for next year's lease as well so you'd be in until July 31, 2016. The apartment is kept extremely clean and organized and the bedroom has its own private bath and shower, walk in closet, bed and frame, dresser, nightstand, and a desk and chair. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment that is free to use. There is also a lock on the bedroom door. The rent includes all utilities although a cap on electricity will start in August. It's a fully furnished apartment you'd only have to share with one other guy which means more space for your stuff and it's right in front of the bus stop/mailboxes. It's also next door to the North Rec Complex if you play intramural sports or like to kayak/paddle board. It's a dog and cat friendly complex but you may have to clear it with the other guy and they charge $15 extra a month along with a deposit. Rent for the 3 bedrooms is currently at $470 so you'd be saving $120 over signing up new too!
