I don't know exactly what the square footage is, but I would guess roughly 1200. I love this space, including the backyard (which has been great for my dog), and the garage which fits my large SUV, plus motorcycle and several bicycles. I am also selling most of my furniture, so if you need we can work out a price for the two queen beds, dining table/chairs, end tables, and couch. Available move in date is flexible. please let me know if you want to move in earlier. You would be taking over my lease which ends on July 31, 2020. Water is included in the rent. You would be responsible for trash, gas, electricity, and internet and the security deposit. Trash is about $60 every three months, I pay about $100 per month for gas and electricity in the winter months, but in the warmer months it is much less. You will have the option of continuing to lease beyond my lease term, but you would have to work that out with the leasing company (they need 60 days notice, etc).
