(Tenant can have own bbq with friends visting) Bedroom and living room have newly installed ceiling fans. * Rent: $1250 (includes all utilities) for tenant only! If double occupancy then rent will be $1500 total (+250 from monthly rent). * Deposit: $2000 ($120 non-refundable cleaning fee) *Cats allowed, no Dogs allowed. *No kitchen onsite for the unit, however landlord is fine with tenant bringing in a full size fridge and microwave. * No smoking indoors nor illegal substances, however smoking is allowed in the tenant side yard. *Overnight visitors i.e. significant other can stay up to 3 consecutive days (landlord is reasonable as long as visitor isn't living on site). *Parking: 1 assigned parking space on driveway (No laundry on site - Coin-op laundry one block away so it's a close walk). Must complete application (credit, rental, background) through Zillow prior to showing unit to ensure tenant qualifications are satisfactory Very private and quiet environment.
