The HEATED salt water pools is enormous and keep the kids busy all day. With an open floor concept inside, you can spend your family time in the same space enjoying each other. WALK TO DOWNTOWN CAPE CORAL restaurants night clubs, pubs, cigar bars, sports bars, and food trucks. (2 blocks). Lease term flexible to April 1, 2026.with possible extension. Leasing by the month or possibly long term if interested. Renter pays electric in excess of $300 monthly alotment unless determined to be included in the lease agreement. NOTE: Pool heat comes with an additional $200/month fee to rentals of 7 days or longer, and $25/day for rentals less. Pool and Lawn Care provided in monthly 4-6 month lease monthly rate negotiable.
