The unit is completely private with a private living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and laundry room. The basement has a separate entrance as well and located in the spring valley neighborhood 10min walk from AU campus and Tenleytown metro. Rent is 1500 this includes utilities( water, heating electricity), high speed internet connection ( xfinity high speed internet) , and access to netlix/hulu/disney+/hbo max ect on the TV in your living room.
