And even though it's close to Main Street, we have parking options adjacent to the building and also within one block. The kitchen is very large (10'x12') with plenty of room for a table and chairs. There is a large, open-concept living/dining area (approx 12'x19' plus an 8' x 6' alcove which some tenants have used as a desk/work space). The bedroom is HUGE, approximately 17'x17' with two big closets and three windows. The bathroom was recently renovated so it's contemporary and includes a step-in shower.
